Description

A delicate, restrained blonde ale without the higher alcohol levels of the Tripel style. Widely consumed all over Belgium, each brewery has a slightly different interpretation. Ours uses a high quality German Pilsner malt, a touch of light crystal for complexity, and flaked corn for added sweetness. The highlight of this beer is it’s Belgian ale yeast strain which adds complexity and a delicate spice character.
