This popular American pale ale recipe was made famous by John Palmer’s How to Brew. This beer is many new homebrewer’s first batch. Our version ditches the malt extract and goes straight to all-grain. We’ve also added a Cascade dry hop to push the hop character even further. A well balanced Pale Ale with solid hop flavour and a clean malt backing.
