Description
The Victoria Mill is a cast iron mill with adjustable crushing plates. The adjustable mount allows easy attachment to most counter tops and benches. Operated with a hand-crank but can be easily hooked up to a drill. Can also be used to produce flour.Be careful about exposing this mill to moisture as it may rust.
Brew in a Bag (BIAB) brewers may benefit from tighter mill settings as there is no risk of a ‘stuck sparge’, whereas brewers using a dedicated mash tun will want to set their mills to a width which allows grain husks to remain mostly unmilled (so they act as a filter bed) and grain kernels to be broken down.
