Description

An active dried yeast that produces a clean fermentation profile designed to work with any sugar base when combined with the proper yeast nutrient. This vodka yeast is exceptionally authentic in character.
Sufficient for up to 25 L (6.6 US Gal) fermentation.
• Alcohol tolerance: 18% ABV• Attenuation: 80-100% (high)• Flocculation: low
NOTE: Distiller’s Yeasts are designed for use when making spirit in the traditional way (i.e. from grain rather than sugar washes).
