This pneumatic/hydraulic system uses compressed air for actuation and CO₂ for purge and counter-pressure filling, helping preserve carbonation and minimize dissolved oxygen pickup. Suitable for small-to-mid-scale producers looking for flexibility, quality, and fast changeovers without the cost of a full high-speed packaging line.
The system supports automatic or manual purge, fill, cap, and CIP cycles and can fill directly from kegs (via coupler) or from brite/serving tanks using tri-clamp connections. Recently operated as a 3-head unit; the 4th filling head may require maintenance. Sale includes spare parts, multiple bottle pucks, operations manual, Primera AP360 labeler, and two bottle pump rinsers (included at no charge).
