Description
Spraymalt Wheat DME (dry malt extract) is 100% pure malt extract. 65% Malted Wheat / 35% Malted Barley. Can be used in the production of extract wheat beers, and in the production of all grain beers to adjust colour, flavour and gravity of wheat and other styles of beer. Use Bavarian Wheat DME in place of recipes that call for Wheat Malt.
When converting recipes to extract, use at a ratio of 0.6lbs of DME to 1lb of grain Wheat Malt.
