Description
Starting off as the Minnesota Muskies, the Floridians moved south and played in the ABA until 1970. Though the Floridians didn’t quite take off, they paved the way for professional basketball in Florida–the Miami Heat and Orlando Magic both stepped onto the NBA scene in the 1980s.
